FAQ: Custom Motorcycle Work
Do You Offer Custom Work?
From full builds and complete restorations to individual performance upgrades and rider-specific modifications. Whether you’re looking to improve ride quality, power, handling, or transform your bike entirely, our work is precision-driven and rider-focused. Every project is tailored to the individual.
What Does The Customization Process Look Like?
Every project begins with a detailed consultation. The goal is to understand the look, feel, and performance results you want. After the consultation, a parts list and an out-the-door estimate are provided for approval. Once approved and parts are on the way, a drop-off date is scheduled and work begins.
How Long Does Custom Work Take?
Once Parts are in, upgrades can usually move fast. But builds evolve. If you want to add something or change direction midway, that’s totally okay- it just means the timeline shifts with it.
How Much Does Custom Work Cost?
Pricing reflects your vision, the parts selected, and the work required to do it right. We’ll outline everything clearly before we begin.
Can I Purchase My Own Parts?
Yes, but we always want to review parts before you purchase them. In custom work, one change often affects another, and a part that fits on its own may not work once the full setup comes together. We treat parts selection as a collaboration and want to make sure everything works as intended.
Do You Tune Suspension For Rider Height And Riding Style?
Yes. Suspension is adjusted based on key factors such as rider height, weight, preferred terrain, and riding style. Sag, preload, rebound, and compression settings are dialed in so the front and rear work together as a balanced system for any situation. Proper suspension setup improves stability, comfort, and overall control.
Do You Require A Deposit?
For custom work, we take a parts deposit once you approve the estimate. Then we order everything and get started.
How Do I Get Started?
Call the shop and setup a consultation. Or fill out this custom work form and tell us more about your bike, what kind of setup your looking for, and select from the calender a day your available to discuss it.
